Female thief left TOPLESS after being caught stealing by merciless store owner

A female shoplifter was left topless after being stripped to the waist by an angry store owner who caught her red-handed.
The bizarre punishment - captured on camera by passersby in Wenzhou, in eastern China's Zhejiang province - was handed out after Yu Chung, 28, was caught stealing clothes.
Furious store owner Mei Hsueh, 39, later told police she was simply handing out a punishment, claiming stripping the thief of her top layer of clothing had prevented her from running away.
