The moment is going to be at center of Excellence! The Presidential candidate of the
All Progressives Congress, Maj. General Muhammadu Buhari is expected to
campaign in Lagos today. The venue is the Teslim Balogun Stadium in
Surulere, where Buhari was crowned presidential candidate on 11 December 2014.
APC Lagos chairman says the rally will start by 10am.
