Governor Mimiko has finally Decamped to PDP inside Aso Rock

President Goodluck Jonathan is not leaving anything to chance is his quest to win the 2015 Presidential election and he knows the easiest way to achieve that is to woo more strong politicians into the PDP.

So far, he is doing it well. Information reaching OluFamous.Com indicates that Segun Mimiko, the Ondo State governor has formally decamped from the Labour Party to the PDP. He was said to have taken the bold step after a frank meeting with President Jonathan inside Aso Rock on Thursday.

ABUJA—AHEAD of 2015 Presidential election, the Presidency said that President Goodluck Jonathan who is the sole Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP was ready for keen contest with whoever emerges as the presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress, APC and other opposition political parties.

Our correspondent gathered that the dogs and their owner, identified simply as Jegede, were arrested by policemen from the Igando Police Station.

It was learnt that the three victims bitten by the rampaging dogs were children of Jegede’s tenant identified as Mr. Abraham Odia.

Abuja— President Goodluck Jonathan, yesterday, on the occasion of the country’s 54th independence anniversary gave his administration a passmark for delivering on most indicators of good governance.

Former Speaker Dimeji Bankole loses 7 year old daughter to sickle cell.

The sudden death of the former Speaker Hon Dimeji bankole's 7year old daughter to sickle cell has just been announced by a family source.In a brief press statement issued below ;

With gratitude to Almighty Allah and with heavy hearts we announce the demise of our daughter Yewande Semiat Bankole aged 7years at a London hospital. Yewande is the grand daughter of Chief Alani Suara Bankole and the daughter of Rt Hon. Dimeji Sabur Bankole,former Speaker of the House of Representative in Nigeria.

Yewande was born with HbSS Sickle cell disease. She was a radiant girl who struggled with the disease. We originally managed her condition at a Lagos hospital but later transferred to a London hospital . Sadly we lost her at 10.30pm on Wednesday October 1st, 2014. Her remains will be buried according to Islamic rites.

We wish to thank you for your prayers and support at this very trying time.
May almighty Allah make our affairs easy.
