Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said that he has developed a thick skin on the spate of criticisms trailing him.
The Frenchman has seen disgruntled fans calling for his sack as they feel he no longer has the capacity to lead the club.
Arsenal last Saturday lost at home to Manchester United, falling down to
eight on the table and two points off United who are now fourth on the
table.
"I've shown I can take criticism in the 18 years I have been here.
Everyone has the right to an opinion. We must show solidarity," Wenger
said.
"I believe in what I do and I believe in my players, their quality and
their spirit. There's a very strong bond inside the team and inside the
club. We will have a very strong season."
Arsenal will be facing Dortmund on Wednesday, looking to avoid a third straight defeat in all competition.
"It's an important game for us and we have a good dynamic in the team which gives us a good chance," Wenger added.
