Ivory Coast international Wilfried Bony has finally completed a move to Manchester City from Swansea City.
There was mild drama earlier in the day, when the Ivory Coast Football Federation announced the deal even though but Man City and Swansea were yet to confirm the deal.
Although some 'minor' paperwork details was believed to have stalled the deal earlier on Wednesday, the issue has been resolved and Bony unveiled as a player of the Premier League champions.
"BONY SIGNS: We are delighted to announce the signing of Wilfried Bony" the club said wrote on their twitter page.
"It’s a great feeling for me, it’s a big honour to be here and it’s a great challenge," Bony said.
The deal is said to worth £28 million with Bony going to join Manchester City after the 2015 African Nations Cup tournament in Equatorial Guinea.
