Duke beat Wisconsin 68-63 for fifth NCAA championship title


Duke's talented group of youngsters outscored Wisconsin by 14 points over the final 13 minutes of the championship match 
Duke University won their fifth NCAA championship, and their first in five years, after beating the University of Wisconsin 68-63 on Monday night. 
Although Duke was favored to win the final game of the March Madness tournament, the Blue Devils spent most of the night in a tight back-and-forth game with the Wisconsin Badgers.
That is, until the freshmen came along.

Duke's talented group of youngsters outscored Wisconsin by 14 points over the final 13 minutes of the championship match 
 
Duke's Tyus Jones and Grayson Allen scored a combined 29 of Duke's 37 points after the tied halftime and helped the Blue Devils overcome a nine-point deficit in the second-half. 
Jones was the top scorer of the night with 23 points, 19 of which were in the second-half, and was named the most outstanding player of the NCAA Championship. 
Allen trailed behind with 16 points.
