Information at our disposal as published by NEWSAT247.COM, on its website, has it that the ruling People’s Democratic Party(PDP), as at yesterday, had a meeting, till the early hours of today, with some of the presiding officers from the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC), ahead of the governorship and National Assembly elections holding across the federation.
It was however, learnt that the PDP at the meeting, told the officers that they have been able to secure some of the uncollected PVC cards from INEC and that they have also distributed the cards to people that will take them to the relevant unit to vote. The presiding of officers have been instructed to fill incident form for them and allow them to vote.
The means of identification is a blue wrist band. We should broadcast this to all and be vigilant and must match face with PVC holder, especially those that are to be treated with incident form, the source said.
It was also believed, as reported by some notable social media platforms: Sahara Reporters, PREMIUM TIMES and THE PUNCH newspaper, that the Akwa Ibom State governor, Godswill Apabio and his PDP counterparts, in the state, are set to manipulate the much awaited governorship and House of Assembly elections expected to hold today.
It was also revealed, that the opposition party in the State(PDP) and it’s governorship candidate Nyesom Wike, is in connection with the Nigeria’s First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, as she was spotted in Okrika, in Rivers State with the party’s gubernatorial candidate.
