After his name has gone viral, The Ex international Victor Ikpeba took to his real Twitter Handle @V_Ikpeba to deny ever making that Buhari statement. Twitter handle @Ikpebaofficial tweeted "Even if Buhari presents NEPA bill as certificate, I will vote for him, e don reach that level". The former Super Eagles player says this is not him!   Hmmmm
